Our Managed Services upgrade includes 30 minutes of custom work on your machine as well, but if you require more than that, you could always add the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade with a few mouse clicks from the billing area.

The upgrade is available with all our Linux dedicated service and as long as you add it, our experienced administrators shall be able to assist you with anything on your machine. This includes installing any third-party software that you might want to use on the server and troubleshooting any script that performs inadequately or does not run at all. Our upgrade includes 60 minutes of work and in the event that a specific task is not very time-consuming, we shall add the remaining time to your account.
